Dear Fabulous Fourth Graders and Parents,
I cannot wait to meet you and begin your Fourth Grade journey together. My name is Michelle Reagan and this will be my third year at this school, but my 18th year teaching. I love being a Cardinal and nurturing young minds.
As the school year proceeds, you will learn to be part of a classroom community, how to work together, and to problem solve. Your mind will grow and be challenged. You will learn about several really fascinating topics, such as Fractions and Decimals, Electricity and Magnetism, Animals, and North Carolina, as well as exploring many wonderful stories and poems that will take you to fun and imaginative places!! Be ready to become great mathematicians, readers, writers, scientists, and NC explorers.
Something you will learn about me is that I love dogs! } I have a black dog at home named Paisley, who does a lot of silly things. She is my 8-year-old “baby” and I spoil her rotten. You will hear me tell crazy Paisley stories all year long.
Parents, look for a lot of material to come home during the first week of school regarding class policies and school information. It is very important to make sure that you and your child are aware of what is going on in our classroom and at Creekside.
Again, I cannot wait to meet you and am looking forward to a wonderful year!! I know this will be your best year yet!
                                                          Sincerely,
                                                          Ms. Reagan
